I was born and raised in Modena, Italy where I graduated in mechanical engineering in 1998.
Since 2001 I began my industrial career with growing responsibilities as a plant and general manager in national and international manufacturing companies such as Alcoa, Vaillant and Bondioli&Pavesi.
Almost twenty years deep in the heart of industrial excellence brought me a solid knowledge of business operations.
Safety, essential element of any business system, is a priority in every aspect of my job. I work with strong attention to the safe interaction between humans and machines, spreading this awareness to all levels of the organization.
In 2014 I studied lean production in Japan with professors Satoshi Kuroiwa and Senji Niwa, with a hand on approach to kaizen applied to manufacturing plants in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
In 2016 I took part to the “From Lean to Industry 4.0” program by Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart, Germany, birthplace of the fourth industrial revolution.
Since 2019 I have been carrying out my own business consultancy activities.
