My name is Massimo Taroni<\/strong>, I am a mechanical engineer specialized in operations, industry 4.0 and business organization consulting, applied industrial and robotic automation, machinery safety and compliance.<\/strong>
\nI was born and raised in Modena, Italy where I graduated in mechanical engineering in 1998.
\nSince 2001 I began my industrial career with growing responsibilities as a plant and general manager<\/strong> in national and international manufacturing companies such as Alcoa, Vaillant and Bondioli&Pavesi.
\nAlmost twenty years deep in the heart of industrial excellence brought me a solid knowledge of business operations.<\/strong>
\nSafety<\/strong>, essential element of any business system, is a priority in every aspect of my job. I work with strong attention to the safe interaction between humans and machines, spreading this awareness to all levels of the organization.
\nIn 2014 I studied lean<\/strong> production in Japan with professors Satoshi Kuroiwa and Senji Niwa, with a hand on approach to kaizen<\/strong> applied to manufacturing plants in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
\nIn 2016 I took part to the \u201cFrom Lean to Industry 4.0\u201d program by Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart, Germany, birthplace of the fourth industrial revolution.
\nSince 2019 I have been carrying out my own business consultancy activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div>
